Welcome to the SUNSET HIKE Affiliate Program, an online travel agency. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Terms of the agreement
This affiliate agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as an affiliate in the SUNSET HIKE Affiliate Program. By submitting the affiliate application, you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Affiliate responsibilities
As an affiliate, you will promote SUNSET HIKE on your website, blog or social media channels. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining your website or social media channels, including the accuracy and appropriateness of any information or content posted. You are responsible for ensuring that your promotions do not infringe any third party rights.
Affiliate commission
You will earn a commission on the net booking amount for each completed booking made through your referral link. The commission rate will be specified in your affiliation agreement. Commission payments will be made monthly, subject to a minimum payment threshold of USD $50. If the minimum payment threshold is not met, the commission will be carried over to the next month.
Promotional restrictions
You are not allowed to use illegal or unethical methods to promote SUNSET HIKE, including spam, unsolicited email or any other method that violates our policies. You are not allowed to bid on trademarked terms, including "SUNSET HIKE" or any variation thereof, in any search engine marketing campaign.
Intellectual property rights
SUNSET HIKE retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the logos, trademarks and other promotional materials provided. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the materials provided solely for the purpose of promoting SUNSET HIKE.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will terminate immediately and you must remove all promotional materials from your website or social media channels.
Limitation of liability
SUNSET HIKE shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data related to this agreement or the affiliate program.
Applicable Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Panama. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Panama.
